Blueberry, banana and cashew butter smoothie
1 ripe banana
250g frozen blueberries
2 heaped tbsp. Raw Health cashew butter
250ml cashew milk, or other milk of choice
A squeeze of lemon juice
2-3 tbsp. of Raw Health honey, or to taste
Raw Health chia seeds, to serve
Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely smooth. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
Top with fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
